  • Find and tap on Setup Wizard. Tap on Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.



  • Go back to the Apps list and find and tap on Google Play services. Tap on Disable > Disable app.



  • Press the power button and select Restart. Wait for your phone to reboot.



  • After rebooting, you will see the Welcome screen. Tap on the arrow icon to proceed.



  • Connect to a WiFi network again and agree to the terms and conditions.



  • On the screen that says "Verify your account", tap on "Sign in with a different account".



  • Select "Add Samsung account" and sign in with your Samsung account credentials. If you do not have a Samsung account, you can create one for free.



  • After signing in, you will see the screen that says "Getting account info". Wait for a few seconds until it changes to "Checking info".



  • As soon as you see "Checking info", press the power button and select Restart. Wait for your phone to reboot again.



  • After rebooting, you will see the screen that says "Let's go!". Tap on the arrow icon to proceed.



  • You will see the screen that says "Sign in with a different account". Tap on "Skip" at the bottom left corner.



  • You will see the screen that says "Protect your phone". Tap on "No, thank you" at the bottom left corner.



  • You will see the screen that says "Google services". Tap on "More" and then tap on "Accept".



  • You will see the screen that says "Samsung account". Tap on "Skip" at the bottom left corner.

  • Turn off your phone completely and put it in download mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Bixby + Power buttons together until you see a warning screen. Press Volume Up to continue.

  • Download and run Samsung Odin tool from [here]. Click on AP button and select the combination file that you downloaded before. Make sure only Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options are checked in Odin.



  • Click on Start button and wait for Odin to flash the combination file to your phone. Once it is done, your phone will reboot automatically.



  • <After rebooting, you will see a factory binary screen with yellow text. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap on Settings icon.



  • Turn on OEM unlocking and go back to the main Settings screen.



  • Go to About phone > Software information and tap on Build number seven times to enable Developer options.



  • Go back to the main Settings screen and tap on Developer options. Turn on USB debugging and go back to the main Settings screen.



  • Go to Apps > Google Play services and tap on Disable > Disable app.



  • Press the power button and select Power off. Wait for your phone to turn off completely.



  • Put your phone in download mode again by pressing and holding Volume Down + Bixby + Power buttons together until you see a warning screen. Press Volume Up to continue.



  • Connect your phone to your PC using a USB cable. Run Samsung Odin tool again and click on AP button. This time, select the stock firmware file that matches your phone model and region. You can download the stock firmware from [here].



  • Click on Start button and wait for Odin to flash the stock firmware to your phone. Once it is done, your phone will reboot automatically.



  • After rebooting, you will see the Welcome screen. Tap on the arrow icon to proceed.



  • Connect to a WiFi network and agree to the terms and conditions.
