The movie revolves around four youngsters who live in a slum area in Chennai. Angered by this, Dinesh plans an acid attack on Aarti with the help of his friends. Meanwhile, Velu witnesses the attack and tries to save Aarti, but gets injured in the process. The police arrest Velu and Dinesh as the prime suspects and interrogate them. How will the truth come out and how will the lives of these four youngsters change after this incident?
